An Unforgettable Culinary Journey at Fogo de Chão Dining at Fogo de Chão is an experience that transcends the ordinary. From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant atmosphere and attentive staff set the stage for an exceptional meal. The picanha, their signature cut, was a standout, tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. Each slice melted in my mouth, showcasing the art of Brazilian churrasco. The beef ribs were equally impressive. Accompanying the meats, the pão de queijo (warm, cheesy bread rolls), were irresistible, and the caramelized bananas provided a sweet contrast that complemented the savory dishes beautifully. The Market Table offered a colorful array of fresh salads, imported cheeses, and unique items like black pepper candied bacon, making it a feast for both the eyes and palate. The service was impeccable. The gaucho chefs moved gracefully between tables, ensuring each guest received their preferred cuts promptly and cooked to their liking. Their passion for the cuisine was evident and added a personal touch to the dining experience. For anyone seeking a memorable meal that combines tradition, flavor, and hospitality, Fogo de Chão is a must-visit. I left with a satisfied palate and a desire to return soon.

Beautiful restaurant, attentive service, and delicious food with generous servings. I was invited by a friend who has dined at this location many times. She knew exactly what would make my first experience memorable which involved ordering the full churrasco. All types and cuts of meat continued to be freshly carved at our table as long as we had room in our stomach to fit it in. The meat just kept coming, and I'm talking ribeye, roasted chicken, lamb chops, sirloin, etc. I was told to bring my appetite, yet I remained unprepared for what was to come and also what kept coming. Prior to the churrasco, we enjoyed the market table which was like a mini market of fruits, veggies, salads and a variety of fixings. One could fill up just on that alone, but then you would miss out on the best part. And for dessert, I ordered their crème brulee. Everything was very good; some of the meats I enjoyed more than others, but how great it was to be offered so many options. I look forward to returning and doing it all over again.

Love coming here for their happy hour! Great deals on appetizers and small plates, can't go wrong with anything you order here. Also, they give a complimentary birthday dessert!

Fogo is great and we enjoy the dining experience. I've been to several locations from California to São Paulo Brazil. The Bridgewater location we've visited 4 times from busy Saturday nights to slower midweek evenings. The consistent issue with this location is the rotation of the better meats are not well offered, either limited or simply not offered unless requested - filet mignon, lamb chops, etc. This is the full price churassco not the lower cost Best of Brazil promo. At full price I expect the standards to resemble the other franchise locations. Management should improve this detail as people notice the cheaper rotation. It was clear when visiting on the slower day at 30% occupancy.

This Brazilian steakhouse has quickly become my go-to destination for succulent meats that will leave you craving more. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a truly enjoyable evening. The concept of a Brazilian steakhouse is simple yet brilliant. You are seated at your table and presented with a small card. When one side is up, the servers continue to bring you a variety of meats carved tableside. When you're ready to take a break, you flip the card over. It's a system that allows you to pace yourself and savor each dish. The selection of meats offered for the Churrasco Experience is truly impressive. From the tenderloin and sirloin to the juicy lamb picanha chops and flavorful sausage, there's something to satisfy every palate. Each cut of meat is cooked up to medium well, with the servers expertly gauging the desired level of doneness. The meats have subtle hints of seasoning that complement the natural flavors of the meat. One of the highlights of my dining experience was the picanha, a Brazilian cut of beef that is slowly roasted over an open flame (prime part of the top sirloin as stated on the menu). The picanha was incredibly tender and juicy, with a slightly smoky flavor. The servers were more than happy to provide recommendations and explain the different cuts of meat. In addition to the exceptional meats, Fogo de Chão also offers a variety of side dishes. The brunch market table (salad bar) is a feast for the eyes, with a wide array of fresh vegetables, cheeses, fruits, and salads. There's also a selection of hot dishes, including rice and soup. The service we received at Fogo de Chão was impeccable. The servers were attentive and knowledgeable, always happy to answer questions and make recommendations. This is a perfect place for a special occasion or a night out with friends. Here are some helpful tips to note: make reservations. We made prior reservations, and recommend doing so as this place does get busy. There is a two hour dining limit, so eat strategically and plan accordingly. There is plenty of parking at this location since it is conveniently located at the mall. There is an outdoor entrance, as well as one inside the mall. If you're coming here for the Churrasco Experience on a weekend, come as early as opening hours or early afternoon for lunch to possibly avoid the crowds and wait time during the evening, and most importantly, save a couple of dollars, which can be added on to the tip.
